Visited for the first time today. Filled out forms and was checked in quickly as no wait. The front desk admin, Jennifer, was pleasant and helpful. We saw Dr. Kleyner and she expertly removed an ingrown toenail for my son. He had minimal pain (needle) and we had a great experience. She took his mind and focus off the pain and procedure by asking him questions and providing status updates and post procedure home care instructions. She was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Visiting in 2 weeks as followup. Would recommend her for any care.
Professional. Prompt. Five out of five stars (from the first scheduling call to the followup). They should be the model for other medical offices.
He is so kind and patient. I’d been to 2 drs before him and he was the only one who took their time to listen to me and find a solution.
The service is great at Hamilton. My appointments are always on time. I was diagnosed correctly by dr spielfogul. My legs, feet and back feel great since I have been under his care.

I was extremely happy with my consultation with Dr. Spielfogel. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and conveyed information in an easily understandable manner. He diagnosed my foot problem quickly and explained his proposed management plan in detail, starting with the most conservative approach - which he recommended - to the most interventionist treatment (in my case surgery). The doctor's staff is also terrific - professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Spielfogel and his Bay Ridge practice.
I initially went to Dr. Spielfogel for a broken toe. He was direct and friendly and this contributed to my decision to pursue having bunion surgery by him (something I always knew I would do but did not pursue). When meeting Dr. Spielfogel I felt confident and I am happy and looking forward to having him do my other foot in the future.
I also met with another Doctor during a follow up who also had great bedside manner. The team work and respect everyone has for each other is noteworthy--something that contributes to the efficiency of the office and the general feeling you have as a patient in their care.
I am 2 weeks post op and the foot looks great! My experience with Dr. Spielfogel and everyone in his office has been awesome from day 1. The office manager, Terry, is efficient, kind, and was easy going as I followed up with questions in preparation for surgery.
The office staff are always welcoming and the office exudes professionalism, diversity, and kindness.

I liked Dr. S. quite a bit. He was recommended by someone I trust and he’s smart and direct. I opted not to have surgery right now but will go back to him when I’m ready.
Last week I was playing some basketball & badly sprained my ankle. Called to set up a appointment the staff was very helpful & quickly booked me the next day. The Doctors were very insightful helped me tremendously with my ankle.

The doctors at Hamilton Foot and Ankle Associates are amazing. There are three doctors at the practice and all three are professional and truly care about their patients. I came in with dryness on the bottom of my feet and Dr. William Speilfogel suggested a home remedy that cures the dryness. Awesome doctor, great staff and overall, wonderful experience.
Dr. Yagudayev is an amazing doctor not only did he diagnosed my condition fast. The treatment he recommended provided me with immediate relief I would highly recommend him to anyone who has feet issues.

Dr. William Spielfogel and the entire staff at Hamilton Foot and Ankle Associates on the upper East Side are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Spielfogel, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome, honest, informative, empathetic, with a calm demeanor and great sense of humor. Also, when he knew my medication would expensive on my insurance, he looked up what competing pharmacies charged and gave me resources to save money – saved me lots!

This facility is a place where I would recommend to anyone. The doctor is kind and made me feel comfortable but the prize of this practice is the front desk young lady Angie. Now this women knows her job she was funny,nice and friendly. She is a huge reason why I will continue there and recommend to everyone. I'm making an appointment for my son he's in need of a friendly facility for is foot condition. What better place I say.

After doing x-rays Dr. Spielfogel said that I needed to have an MRI immediately. He also said that I should stop physical therapy immediately until he got the results which was definitely the best thing since it was actually doing more harm than good for my condition. Also his staff is very accommodating. I WOULD definitely recommend Dr. Spielfogel and his Manhattan location to anyone.
